A friend and I visited Cannon Beach this weekend. It was very windy and very cold. Not to mention the torrential downpour that occurred during our visit to the beach. Within three minutes we were completely sopping wet. It came out of nowhere...
My friend's outfit was the outcome of a last minute removal of the legs from an old pair of jeans... I don't know if he really thought this one through.
